An international camaraderie, consisting of 10 highly motivated coaches, shared their thoughts on the experience. 

"It’s nice to share this experience with different coaches and backgrounds. I’ve learned how to teach the technical and tactical aspects of the game to kids, and it is always useful to get these kinds of tips," mentioned Nicolas Muller from Switzerland. 

"My biggest improvement has been in the progression of exercises. It’s really beneficial to have experienced the approaches and perspectives of three different tutors. It gives us such a wide variety," stated Liis and Silva, participants from Estonia. 

This coaching education course not only accommodated a group of 10 coaches but also provided an opportunity for two European tutors/coaches, Dennis Christensen (DEN) & Peter Rusvai (HUN), to initiate their shadow trips and refine their tutoring skills, preparing them for new challenges in the future. 

"I’m excited to take part in this shadow program as it has allowed me to gain experience from the knowledgeable tutors’ team. I’ve embraced their different way of thinking and approaching a course like this. They've presented it in a more interesting way compared to what I had in mind, and I hope I can bring back home as much as possible," shared Peter Rusvai, shadow tutor of this course. 

Jeroen Van Dijk, the lead tutor of the course, expressed satisfaction with the participants’ performance and progress, sharing his experience: "We’ve had a varied group of participants, from active professional players to coaches who are starting their coaching careers, which presents different sorts of challenges, particularly transitioning from playing to coaching. We could see how they have been improving throughout the course, their understanding, and the way they compose and present their tasks. The tutors' team is very pleased with the overall performance." 

It marks a great ending of the entry level of the BWF coach education program, hopefully providing a motivation boost to the group of coaches to continue their development in their home soil.
