The group stage of the Women's event of the 2024 European Men’s & Women’s Championships has wrapped up, marking the end of the third round of matches of the Group Stage and setting the stage for the semifinals.
Spain, leading Group 2, confirmed their dominance with a 4-1 victory over the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Scotland surprised Germany with a win, thanks to Kirsty Gilmour and Rachel Andrew's success in the first women's doubles match, securing a 3-1 victory for their team and a spot in the semifinals.
Much like Spain's win today as top of their group, Denmark, atop Group 1, concluded their group stage with a convincing 5-0 win against Türkiye. France, capitalising on Türkiye's defeat, advanced to the semifinals by overcoming the host nation Poland with a 4-1 scoreline.
