The Italian Badminton Federation (Federazione Italiana Badminton) has been very successful in educating a lot of Shuttle Time Teachers. It all started in May this year with the first Shuttle Time Tutor's course which was held at the Palabadminton hall in Milan.

School teachers, who were selected from all regions in Italy attended the course. The course was taught in Italian to make the introduction of Shuttle Time in Italy easier. The Italian Badminton Federation had already made the decision to translate the Shuttle Time resources at the end of 2012.

437 Shuttle Time teacher educated

The 18 tutors, who passed the first course have been running Shuttle Time teacher courses from June until the middle of November in their regions. This resulted into 20 courses where there have been 437 Shuttle Time teachers educated.

At the moment the newly educated Shuttle Time Teachers have started to give Shuttle Time lessons in their schools. In 2014, the Italian Badminton Federation are planning to organize another 21 courses to educate even more Shuttle Time teachers.
