Gender Equity
Gender Equity in badminton constitutes a key subject for both BEC and BWF. To achieve this general objective, Members are encouraged to work together with BEC to attract more participants from underrepresented genders in all funded activities.

All candidates’ applications must be submitted by their National Federations via the online link: BWF/BEC Coach Education Level 3 Course Online Registration. Be aware that candidates’ CV and motivation letter (1 page maximum) must be attached within the online registration.

The deadline for the application is Tuesday 12 April 2022.

Badminton Europe will review the applications, motivation letters and sport CVs, with the final selection being subjected to BWF’s approval. BEC will confirm to the Members their participation. BEC might as well evaluate the English level of the candidates to make sure the candidates can deliver tasks at an appropriate level.
