BEC “Center of Excellence” player Milan Ludik (Czech Republic) has climbed seven spots up on the men’s singles world ranking list to stand on position no. 86. The highest ranked COE player shared his thoughts about this improvement and talked about his preparation for the World Championships.

-I am very happy to rise higher on the world ranking. It gives me better possibilities to play higher level tournaments or get seeded. Every result starts with good trainings. I believe that the dedicated work from my coaches in the COE brought me where I am. Of course it wasn’t easy. I very much appreciate their effort to help me develop my level.

Ludik will face Sergey Sirant (Russia) in the World Championships on Monday. 

-To play the World Championships is a big honor for me. I have prepared as good as I could for this tournament. I am going there to fight for each point and show my best performance.

Other changes

Misha Zilberman (Israel) has moved three spots up on the men’s singles world ranking list, entering into the top 50. Toby Penty (England) is following him on position no. 51.

Beatriz Corrales (Spain)has climbed two spots up standing on position no. 27 on the women’s singles world ranking list. Chloe Birch (England) has entered into the top 50 after moving seven spots up.

Ben Lane/Sean Vendy (England) are standing on position no. 39 after moving on spot up on the men’s doubles world ranking list. 

Isabel Herttrich/Carla Nelte (Germany) have climbed four spots up on the women’s doubles world ranking list. The German doubles pair is currently standing on position no. 23.

Germany’s Marvin Emil Seidel/ Linda Efler have moved two spots up to occupy position no. 18 on the mixed doubles world ranking list.
