The draws for the qualification stage of the 2024 European Men’s & Women’s Team Championships were conducted at the BEC office in Copenhagen, Denmark this afternoon and were shown live on badmintoneurope.tv
Next year, the city of Łódź, Poland, will host the European Men’s & Women’s Team Championships, from 14 to 18 February. This year, in week 49, the qualification stage will take place on various locations around Europe. The exact locations will be announced during August.
56 teams will play in the qualification stage of the EMWTC, 28 in the Women’s competition and another 28 in the Men’s competition. Denmark, the winner of both events in 2020, and Poland, host of the final stage, are automatically qualified for the final stage in February 2024.
