Kamilla RytterJuhl/Christinna Pedersen defeated Ashwini Ponnappa/Reddy N. Sikki in two games with 21-15/21-15. Kamilla Rytter Juhl is also happy about the Danish pair's performance today.
- We played very well today. We have already met Ponnoppa/Reddy two times before,and that was absolutely to our advantages. It was windy in the hall today, and we maked use of it, said Kamilla Rytter Juhl to Badminton Europe.
A tough game against Tang Jinhua/Yu Xiaohan be in store
Kamilla Rytter Juhl/Christinna Pedersen are looking forward to play against Tang Jinhua and Yu Xiaohan from China in the quarterfinals. A game they think is gonna be a tough match.
The match tomorrow is gonna be a bigger challenge for us. It’s never easy to defeat the Chinese women's doubles. Specially Tang is a very good player, and we have a huge respect for her. It’s not many tournaments they have played together, so we have to analyse on them before tomorrow.
