Eirini Henta (GRE)

´It has been a very intense but really beneficial week that gave us the opportunity to learn from expert staff coaches, share knowledge and experiences, develop our coaching skills in realistic situations and be more aware of our role and our methods as coaches. I mostly enjoyed the tactical lessons in the court because I had the opportunity to develop my skills and be creative´.

Diana Constantino (POR)

´For me, the part that I like most is the deliveries with players, because it is my job and I like what I do. I think that Summer School is a great experience and I advise all coaches and all players to live these moments´.

Júlia Poláčková (SVK)

´ At the Summer School, I learnt a lot of new exercises, which I will use in the trainings when I return to Slovakia. Also observing staff coaches and the way they coach and teach bring me new ideas. I think this (Women in Badminton Scholarship) is really useful as it enables me to participate here´.

Since April, scholarship recipients from various groups have experienced different activities organized by BEC and the Badminton World Federation (BWF). The Women in Badminton Commission of Badminton Europe (BEC) offers annual scholarships to all our Member Associations.
