Listen to Carol´s interview for our December edition on ´Women in the Spotlight´ where she shares her interesting umpiring experiences and her passion for our sport.

Carol added ´One of the ways to encourage female participation is from country where there are already women umpires in the respective country. I conducted a course for Badminton Europe this year and at that course, there were 6 participants. From the 6 women, 4 of them come from a country where there are already senior female umpires. This shows their willingness and their possibilities to follow the senior female umpires´ footsteps´.
