Badminton Europe's Council has decided that the European Junior Ranking shall be used for seeding purposes in all Junior Circuit tournaments and in European Junior Championships.

 

This was announced to all Badminton Europe Member Associations in a letter on 13 August 2008. The letter also announced which tournaments that counted for the European Junior Ranking that season, and how each tournament was graded. To download this letter - click here

 

Going into the 2009/2010 and into the 2010/2011 seasons, letters were sent to all Badminton Europe Member Association to inform them about a change in the ranking system, and also to announce the coming season's tournaments counting for the European Junior Ranking and the grading of these. Only players that are nominated by their national association can be included in the European Junior Ranking. To be nominated, the original "player nomination form" must be used - download it here
