Denmark and Türkiye set to clash in the final

The two teams have emerged victorious in the semifinals of the 2023 European U17 Team Championships.

Denmark and Türkiye will be meeting in the 2023 European U17 Team Championships final with their wins in the semifinal session in the evening of today.

The Danes needed only three matches to secure their spot in the final. Their strong performance saw them triumph in all three matches in straight games against the Czech Republic. With an impressive track record of eight golds in previous editions, it will be thrilling to see if they can add yet another golden chapter to their illustrious history.

The other court witnessed an amazing showdown between Türkiye and Ukraine, where both teams fought with everything they had. The match intensified to a nail-biting mixed doubles decider. In the end, it was the Turkish team that held their nerves, claiming victory and securing their place in the final, 14-21, 24-22, 21-13. Türkiye's past achievements include four bronze medals and one silver, making them eager to seize this opportunity and claim their first-ever 2023 European U17 Team Championships gold.
