It's time for the semifinals at the 2023 European U17 Championships!

After an exhilarating round of quarterfinals earlier today, at the SEB Arena, the team event has now reached its final stages.

Türkiye was the first nation to secure a spot in the semifinals with a dominant 3-0 victory over Romania. Ukraine also secured their place by defeating Poland in a 3-0 showdown. The matches between Czech Republic and Spain were evenly matched after two encounters, leading to a decisive 4th match where Marek Cepela and Adam Srnec emerged victorious against the Spaniards. The final quarterfinal clash featured France and Denmark. The Danes started a bit slowly, with Frenchman Nathan Nguyen winning over Salomon Thomasen, but they quickly rallied to win 3-1 and reach the semifinals.

Here are the semifinals matchups:
  • Denmark -  Czech Republic (5pm EEST)
  • Türkiye - Ukraine (5pm EEST)

Which teams will advance to the finals tomorrow and stand the chance to become European U17 Champions?
