The Danish Uber Cup team lost to China in the final tie of the group stage.

A young Danish team faced the Chinese favourites in the last tie of the group stage on Tuesday night. The Chinese team is the seeded team of the group, and after a 5-0 victory the 2016 Uber Cup champions also finishes as winner of Uber Cup Group D.

Mia Blichfeldt got a rest day and in her absent 2021 European Championships runner-up Line Christophersen was promoted and entered court as the first Dane. Christophersen was not far from delivering an upset against the 2018 World Championships bronze medallist, He Bing Jiao. The 21-year-old lost in three games 23-21 13-21 15-21.
