Misha Zilberman is through to the last four of the European Games after beating Mark Caljouw in three games.

Zilberman lost the first game against the Dutchman but came back in the match to claim at least a Bronze medal in Minsk.

A dream come true
The Israeli revealed that it was his biggest achievement and actually didn’t know what to say to our reporter on site.

- I have no words, I never ever expected anything like this, it was a dream, Zilberman said.

- I have practised all of my life to get to this moment, my best result has been the last 16 of the European Championships, but I was never thinking to go so far.

Zilberman admitted that he was only dreaming of competing for a medal, he did not believe it would come into reality for him.

- My dream was to go to the quarterfinals and play for a medal, and wow I won this match and it is crazy.

- This is definitely my best match ever. It doesn’t matter what players you beat, but the medal is so important.

Going into tomorrow’s match against Anders Antonsen, Zilberman is confident that he can give it all that he has got against the top seed after Viktor Axelsen pulled out.

- Anders Antonsen is the best at this tournament and if I can win one set then I will be happy. I will try my best tomorrow and see what happens.
