Save the date: From 30 August to 3 September 2019, the European U17 Team Championships will be taking place in Gniezno, Poland.
Today, the draw for the 35 countries, which are participating in the team event, has been concluded. You can re-watch the live draw on our Facebook and Instagram channel.
This is the draw for the European U17 Team Championships:
The seeded teams are:
1. Russia
2. Germany
3-4. Denmark, England
5-8. Czech Republic, Serbia, Turkey, France
The seeding of the team event has been made by Badminton Europe, based on an overall assessment of results of the last played European U17 Team Championships, the European U17 Ranking and the number of teams seeded will be equivalent to the number of groups.
The seeding for the individual event will be published on 19 August 2019. It will be done by using the BEC European U17 Ranking at 5 August 2019. Find more information in Badminton Europe's Competition Regulations.
