At the BEC Gala in Kiev, Ukraine, on April 27th the winners of the BEC Awards 2018 will be announced, and now it is time to reveal who the nominees are for the awards.
A panel of five people will decide who will be the winner of each award. Each panel member gives 3, 2 and 1 point to the players, they think deserve to win.
The panel includes:
Gregory Verpoorten, BEC President
Richard Vaughan, BEC High Performance Director
Brian Agerbak, BEC General Secretary
Selena Piek, Chair of the BEC Athletes Commission
Dennis Bostrup, Member of the Media (TV 2 Denmark)
The BEC Coach of the Year Award, the BEC Technical Official Award and the BEC Badminton for Women Award will also be presented during the Gala evening.
