Since the most recent circuit event, the world ranking number one for the European circuit tournaments has a varied nationality in number one for each category.

How it looks at the top

The Men’s Singles has the up and coming Danish star Victor Svendsen, and behind him is Spaniard, Pablo Abian and Toma Junior Popov from France.
For the Women’s Singles, Turkey and the Netherlands represent the top three spots with Neslihan Yigit and Ozge Bayrak taking the top two places and Dutchwoman Soraya De Visch Eijbergen is in third.

Scotland is flying the flag for the Men’s Doubles with Alexander Dunn and Adam Hall taking number one in the ranking with Danish pair Joel Eipe/Phillip Seerup ranked number two.

The Women’s Doubles has Swedish pair Emma Karlsson and Johanna Magnusson taking the top spot on the ranking after a good month. Second on the ladder is Russian pair Ekaterina Bolotova/Alina Daveltova.

In the Mixed Doubles, Poland is in first place on the ranking with Pawel Smilowski/Magdalena Swierczynska, with English pair Gregory Mairs/jenny Moore.

Good progress

Swedish Women’s Doubles player Johanna Magnusson believes that the progress in her doubles pair has improved over the past month.

The Swede is also looking forward to the future tournaments with her partner on court Emma Karlsson.

-The progress has been going okay for me and Emma, but we have had a hard time the first months of this season, Johanna Magnuson said.

-  Both with our matches, training and personal things at home. Last weeks have been much better actually, and I think it feels a lot better so hopefully, it goes in the right direction now, she added.

- I’m looking forward a lot to the future and all of the fun and good tournaments forward! Hope it will work out and go the way we want.
