Tickets are still available for YONEX German Open Badminton Championships 2018. Don’t miss this chance to see some of badminton’s finest players in action on court in Germany.

The new HSBC BWF World Tour has gotten off to a great start in Europe, with a successful event in Basel, Switzerland, two weeks ago. Next week, another Super 300-tournament kicks off – this time in Muelheim an der Ruhr, Germany.

The 2018 edition of YONEX German Open Badminton Championships will mark the 20th tournament and the prize money has risen over the years to 150.000 USD in total, in 2018 and 2019.

Tickets can be bought www.reservix.de for all the dates from March 6th to the finals on March 12th. The prices vary from 7-15 Euro for the first three days. A Weekend-ticket (Wochenendticket) for Saturday-Sunday is also available, including a three-day-ticket (3-Tages-Karte) for Friday-Sunday. And for only 72 Euro full five-day access.


Representing their home country
The schedule will be action packed from Day 1, where the qualifying rounds will commend. Germany’s women’s singles Fabienne Deprez and Luise Heim will compete to enter the main draw, likewise for Fabian Roth, who will face Japan’s Kento Momota in the first round of his qualification.

Mark Lamsfuss and Isabel Herttrich, the successful mixed doubles that won the Swiss Open title two weeks ago, is one of many European constellations in the mixed draw for the coming week.

Don’t miss bronze medalists from the 2017 European Championships Ronan Labar/Audrey Fontaine and Chloe Magee/Sam Magee, and the new exciting constellation of Joachim Fischer and Alexandra Bøje from Denmark.
