Rasmus Fladberg and Frederik Colberg (Denmerk) are the winners of the 42nd  edition of the Hungarian International in the Men’s doubles event. In the final they beat their compatriots Joel Eipe/Philip Seerup in two games.

Rasmus and Frederik were the runner ups of last year’s edition, but this year they managed to claim the title. ‘It always takes something special to win tournaments’ Rasmus stated to Badminton Europe. During the tournament they did not always have an easy run, as they were struggling to find a consistent level and dealing with the circumstances throughout matches. ‘However, I think we managed to find the right solutions at the deciding moments anyways, which is what was essential for winning the title’ Rasmus continues.

After all, Rasmus and Frederik are very happy with their win in Budapest.  ‘We are very happy to take this title, which boosts our motivation for the upcoming challenges!’
