Like every year since 2008, Badminton Europe will again organize Regional Projects all over Europe in 2018.
Regional Projects are badminton camps gathering different European countries from a same region. These camps are targeting young players, from U13 to U19 generally. The aims of the BEC Regional Projects are to encourage Member Associations to collaborate, to form a development initiative to enhance and raise the level of badminton in the different regions, to promote knowledge exchanges and finally create and establish long term training programmes and collaborations.
Since 2008, around 10 Regional Projects are taking place every year. Some countries like Serbia and France have also started to create more specific camps. Those two countries are now hosting a yearly “Girls camp”in order to focus on girls training and improve the level of the girls in Europe.

The BEC Regional Projects are always very good experiences for both the players and the coaches in terms of intensity of training and cultural exchanges. Those exchanges are also bringing a very nice social experiences for the participants.
