The Olympic badminton tournament kicks off tomorrow and we have taken the liberty to make a schedule for August 11, 2016, showing you when the European players are scheduled to make their Olympic entrance in Riocentro – Pavilion 4.

First Europeans on court, will be Men’s Double Adam Cwalina/Przemyslaw Wacha (POL) and Mixed double Michael Fuchs/Birgit Michels (GER), on respectively court 1 and 3.

Scheduled for a late 9:05 PM(BRT)-match, 11th seed Kirsty Gilmour (GBR) is up against Sabrina Jaquet (SWI) - the two of them being the last Europeans scheduled for tomorrow.

In between, we will have entries from seeds such as [1] Carolina Marin (ESP), [4] Viktor Axelsen (DEN), [13] Rajiv Ouseph (GBR), [4] Joachim Fischer Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen (DEN).

In total, tomorrow will bring 31 entries with Europeans out of 51 possible. So if you want to catch a match with your favorite European player – chances are tomorrow is just the day for that.
