Saina Nehwal has no plan to put down the racket in the near future.

Indian star, Saina Nehwal, has been part of the badminton circus for more than a decade, but there is no sign that the 31-year-old Indian has any plans to put down the racket.

- I like playing, and why should I just give it up? What would I even do after retiring?

- I know, I will have family and have kids, but why not have it when you are 36 or 37?, Nehwal said.

No badminton = Home watching TV
- I feel like: Why not continue with the sport you like? I am getting so much of fame and so much money.

- Without badminton I would just be sitting at home and watch TV. This is what I enjoy, and when I can do it, I think I should try, Nehwal said.

Paris 2024?
Last time the Olympics were held in Europe in 2012, Saina Nehwal won the bronze medal, and she is positive that the Paris Olympics might also be an event including her.

- I do not know what will happen in 2024, but I can definitely say that I feel good and I would like to make a try for Paris. And why not? If everything falls into place I can do it, Nehwal said.
