Mark Caljouw and Brice Leverdez are both out of Denmark Open after losing in second round.

Mark Caljouw from the Netherlands was playing against Sourabh Verma from India in the first round where he won 19-21 21-11 21-17. Caljouw lost in a close match in second round to Sitthikom Thammasin from Thailand, 11-21 21-18 9-21 sending him out of Denmark Open.

- I got a better rhythm in second set. It was quite annoying that he took some time to be ready. He is explosive and in the first set I had no answer on that. It went better in the second but it was not good enough in the third set, Caljouw said.

The next tournament Caljouw will be playing is French Open.

- I am going to analyse this game first and then I will see what is coming next week, he added.

A frustrated French
Tuesday Brice Leverdez from France won against eight seeded Anthony Ginting from Indonesia. Unfortunately, Leverdez was not able to defeat his opponent today, Tommy Sugiarto, who is also from Indonesia.

- I could not make a rally with him. Trying to get the shuttle all around the court but I kept making mistakes. He played very well, Leverdez said.

- I want to get more rhythm in my game. My physical is where is it supposed to be, and I feel good on the court. It is just the rhythm between my legs and my racket, he stated.
