Last week’s China Open men’s doubles champions Kim Astrup/ Anders Skaarup Rasmussen (Denmark) have entered the top 5 in the BWF world ranking list.
The Danes got 12000 points from the World Tour Super 1000 tournament held in Changzhou, China and have climbed 5 spots up on the men’s doubles world ranking list.

No longer No. 1 for Axelsen
Viktor Axelsen (Denmark) has moved down to occupy position no. 3 after spending 23 weeks in a row as no. 1 on the men’s singles world ranking list. He is 9403 points away from the current first ranked Kento Momota (Japan).
Mark Caljouw (Netherlands) has climbed one spot up to enter the top 30. Jan O Jorgensen is four spots away as he has moved four spots up to stand on position no. 34.
Lucas Corvee (France), Misha Zilberman (Israel) and Toby Penty (England) have moved one spot up to occupy position no. 42, no. 44 and no. 45 respectively.
Other changes
Kirsty Gilmour (Scotland) has moved two spots up to occupy position no. 26 on the women’s singles world ranking list.
Evgeniya Kosetskaya (Russia) is standing on position no. 31 after moving three spots up.
Gabriela Stoeva/Stefani Stoeva (Bulgaria) have moved one spot up to occupy position no. 12. Maiken Fruergaard/Sara Thygesen (Denmark) are standing on position no. 14 as they have climbed 4 spots up.
