Hosts from Białystok drawn into tough group

UKS Hubal Bialystok from Poland was drawn into Group 4, which turned out to be a tough group with four-time champions from Russia.

As hosts of the 2018 European Club Championships, UKS Hubal Bialystok will hope to attract the local badminton fans to the event at Sports Hall of Agricultural School Complex, later this month. 

Along with Suwalki KB Litpol-Malow, also from Poland, they will do their best to make it out from the group stage of the championships. The tournament is organized in cooperation with the Polish Badminton Association from June 19-23 June.

UKS Hubal Bialystok ended up in Group 4 with the [3/4] seeds from Russia, Primorye Vladivostok. The four-time champions is accompanied by Recreativo Ies La Orden from Spain and next year’s hosts from Luxemborg, BC Jonglenster.

Eight teams, two from each group, will qualify from the group stage and play the quarterfinals scheduled for Friday June 22.
